These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all sales made through the website [STORE NAME] between the seller and any individual acting as a consumer (the “Customer”).

By placing an order on the website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these T&Cs before confirming their order.

1. Seller Information

The website is operated by:

Name / Company Name: [COMPANY NAME]
Legal Structure: [LEGAL STATUS]
Address: [COMPANY ADDRESS]
SIREN / SIRET Number: [NUMBER]
Email: [EMAIL ADDRESS]
VAT Number: [VAT NUMBER, IF APPLICABLE]

2. Products

The essential characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on the relevant product pages of the website.

Customers are advised to carefully review the descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, and any specific conditions before placing an order.

The photographs and illustrations displayed on the website are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color or appearance may occur, particularly depending on the screen or device used.

3. Prices

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

Prices are stated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes where VAT applies.

Any applicable shipping costs are shown to the Customer before the order is finally confirmed.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, any subsequent price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

4. Orders

The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.

Before proceeding with payment, the Customer is responsible for checking the contents of their order and the information provided, particularly the delivery address.

The order becomes final once payment has been successfully confirmed, subject to acceptance by the seller.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances permitted by law, including suspected fraud, clearly incorrect information, or a previous dispute concerning payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered during the checkout process.

The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the selected payment method.

Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. The seller does not necessarily directly store the Customer’s complete banking or payment card information.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

Applicable processing and delivery times are specified in our Shipping Policy and/or during the checkout process.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate.

In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer is entitled to the rights provided under applicable French law, particularly where the seller fails to comply with the agreed delivery date or timeframe.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

The Customer must inform the seller of their decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement or by using the applicable withdrawal form.

After communicating their decision to withdraw, the Customer has the legally applicable period within which to return the product.

Unless otherwise stated or unless the seller has agreed to cover such costs, the direct cost of returning the product may remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply, in particular, to certain products made according to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized products.

This exception only applies where the conditions provided by law are actually met.

Any applicable exclusions will be communicated to the Customer before the order is placed.

9. Returns

Before returning a product, the Customer is advised to contact customer service at:

[EMAIL ADDRESS]

Returned products must be properly protected and shipped in accordance with the instructions provided by the seller.

The Customer should retain proof demonstrating that the return shipment has been sent.

Detailed information regarding returns may also be found in our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Refunds

Where the Customer is entitled to a refund, the refund will be processed in accordance with the timeframes and procedures provided by applicable law.

Where the Customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal, the refund will include all amounts that the seller is legally required to reimburse.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed under conditions permitted by law.

11. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

The Customer benefits from all applicable statutory warranties, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by French law.

These statutory warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered by the seller.

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the order, the Customer is advised to promptly contact customer service, providing their order number and any information necessary to establish the issue.

12. Liability

The seller is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations under the conditions provided by applicable law.

However, the seller shall not be held liable for non-performance resulting from, in particular, an event of force majeure or circumstances attributable to the Customer, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

Nothing in these T&Cs is intended to exclude or limit any rights that consumers are entitled to under mandatory applicable law.

13. Personal Data

Personal data required for order processing and customer relationship management is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers may consult this policy directly on the website for further information regarding the processing of their personal data and the exercise of their rights.

14. Intellectual Property

Texts, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content available on the website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where they belong to the seller or are used with the authorization of their respective owners.

Any unauthorized use may constitute an infringement of the relevant intellectual property rights.

15. Customer Service

For any questions regarding an order, product, delivery, or return, the Customer may contact the seller at:

Email: [EMAIL ADDRESS]

16. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with applicable regulations, where a dispute cannot be resolved directly with customer service, the consumer may have the right to use, free of charge, the consumer mediator appointed by the seller.

Competent Mediator: [NAME OF MEDIATOR]
Mediator Address / Website: [MEDIATOR CONTACT DETAILS]

The mediator’s details must be completed using the information of the consumer mediation service to which the seller has actually subscribed.

17. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to contact customer service first in order to seek an amicable solution.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the legal rules applicable to consumers.

18. Amendments to the T&Cs

The seller may amend these T&Cs, in particular to reflect changes in its business activities or applicable regulations.

The T&Cs applicable to an order are those accepted by the Customer at the time the order is placed.
